Sajanza Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Sajanza online shopping platform in Pakistan. By browsing, signing up, or purchasing items, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any orders placed under your account will be deemed authorized by you. Users must be at least 18 years old or shop under parent/guardian supervision.
2. Pricing, Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. For Cash on Delivery orders, the exact amount must be handed over to the courier rider upon package handoff. Parcels cannot be unsealed prior to payment to riders, per standard Pakistani courier protocols.
3. Delivery & Courier Timelines
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and up to 7 business days for other regional areas.
4. Returns & 14-Day Buyer Protection

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
